How To Buy
1
ON-SITE BIDS
You are very welcome to participate in person in our auctions, which take place in the premises of the Südwestbank in Stuttgart. After your registration we will give you a bidder number, so that you can intervene and place your bid at any point in time during the auction. In order to participate, simply hold up your bidding number. You can find our bidding increments here. If you submit the final bid, our auctioneer will recognize you as the official buyer of the lot.
2
WRITTEN BIDS
Should you be unable to attend our auction in person, you can also place written bids in advance. Please complete the corresponding form, which is attached to our auction catalogues. Please send us your written bids as soon as possible but no later then two workdays before the auction. We will also try to process bids that we receive afterwards but cannot guarantee that they are executed. Once we have received and processed your bids, AMS will attempt to acquire the objects for the lowest possible price.
3
BIDS VIA TELEPHONE
For lot numbers with an estimate over 500 €, you are also able to bid via telephone. Please contact us at least 3 days before the beginning of an auction. During the auction, an AMS staff member will call you and bid on your behalf in real time in the auction room.
4
ONLINE BIDS
Besides, we offer you the possibility to bid online. This can be done prior to the auction via www.sixbid.com, or live via www.biddr.ch.
